I 'm So Lonesome

I used Picassa to make a collage of 20 photos from our Oglesby Christmas. I first tried to use the grid option but it chopped off parts of the photos so I used the thumbnail option which preserves proportions. My Picassa web album of the Oglesby Christmas 2006 is here.

Christmas 06

I photostitched about 8 photos together using Autostitch. I wanted a high resolution picture so people could zoom in and look at the individual ornaments. I love VOX because by continually clicking on the photo you can view the large version. Large in this case is 3200x2000 px and 735 KB.

This is an experiment to test how photos can be inserted into a VOX blog post. I just discovered that by selecting several photos at once (using Ctrl) one can frame text with photos.

To get a photo on each side of your text align the first left, the second right, then type text, all without an "enter". Then press enter and insert bottom row of photos.

Christmas 2003

This was taken while I was waiting for my inlaws arrival to celebrate the 2003 Mayhew Christmas. Ann was relaxing by the fire after getting the house ready for about two dozen people.
